The program features music by Pierre Boulez, the distinguished French composer, conductor, and new-music firebrand whose interpretive skills have been widely celebrated in the US (in Cleveland, New York, and Chicago) and who turns 90 on March 26. Now we get to hear a generous serving-up of his music, played by the exceptional pianists Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Tamara Stefanovich.
