Paul Cranford is a renowned fiddler, composer and music publisher. Originally from Toronto, he moved to the Canadian province of Nova Scotia in 1975, and worked as a lighthouse keeper for thirty-four years. During those years, he had the opportunity to travel around Cape Breton, learning Scottish, Irish and Cape Breton tunes from many older musicians.
