Musicians for this performance will include Fraces Blaker and Jennifer Streeter, various recorders; Geoffrey Burgess (Philadelphia), Alicia Chapman, and William Thauer, baroque oboe; Rebecca Troxler, Tom Moore, Nancy Schneeloch-Bingham, and John O'Brien, traverso; and Sally Merriman (Boston), baroque bassoon. The continuo group includes Barbara Krumdieck, baroque cello; Beverly Biggs, harpsichord.
This performance is part of the 2014 HIP Festival, a celebration of historically informed baroque concerts produced by a collaborative of early music organizations and ensembles.
