Program

This concert will feature the premiere of four new chamber music works by Raleigh-based composer Bill Robinson. Robinson, who received a Ph.D. in physics from North Carolina State University in 2010, has recorded nine CDs and has had his music featured in a number of concerts at Duke and elsewhere. This concert brings together music faculty from a number of local universities as well as Joseph Robinson, former principal oboe of the New York Philharmonic and Artist-in-Residence at Duke from 2005-09.
