Tony Award Winning: Book by Joe Masteroff, based on the play by John Van Druten and stories by Christopher Isherwood, music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb. A young American writer Cliff Bradshaw and his love, the charismatic singer Sally Bowles spend their days in Fraulein Schneider's boarding house and their nights in the seedy Kit Kat Klub. There the Master of Ceremonies guides them through Berlin's underbelly in the chaotic final days of the Weimer Republic.
