Auditions for The Merry Wives of Windsor, directed by Kristi DeVille.

Auditions will be held Saturday, May 26, from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Bring headshot and resume if you have them – it’s not required.  Actors with circus-type performing abilities are particularly being sought.  The Merry Wives of Windsor will be performed July 27 through August 18.  This uproarious social comedy features the hilarious courtships of fat knight, Sir John Falstaff, and is Shakespeare’s only play to deal exclusively with contemporary Elizabethan era English middle class life. Falstaff’s attempts to woo 3 different married women result in a turning of the tables and a hilarious comeuppance.

Audition sides will be posted at www.montfordparkplayers.org beginning Monday, May 21.
