Hong-An Truong uses photography and video to provide a sense of the collapse of past and present. Her installation Treatment for a Year of the Rabbitcombines found video, family photographs enhanced with animation, and historic photographs to consider how a story is created, persists, vanishes and returns. The artist writes, "This project is a kind of distillation of these concepts of time, memory, and cinema in relation to personal and political history."
