Program

Warfare intersects with other cultural behaviors, creating diverse cultural contexts for violence. Though modern war is technologically sophisticated, the artifacts of war can help identify patterns in the scope of violent conflict. This mini-exhibit features traditional weapons that relate to broader aspects of global cultures, such as identity, economic development, religion, and technology.
